Goals of the Lok-ri...

The High Lord Vorgen Lok-ri set these goals ages ago, and they have been a tradition of the House since. They will continue for ages to come...

I. Survival of the House

The survival of House Lok-ri is our first goal, and obviously our most important objective. Although our numbers are diminished the Council firmly believes that with the reuniting of all the scattered remnants we can still become a formidable force in any Age as we did within the Age of Strife.

*Exploration - Learn the lay of the land, the location of our allies and foes, the lairs of the worldly beasts, and the geographical resources
*Wealth - Harvest resources, create trade treaties, collect tribute, and otherwise make money
*Combat - Learn and perfect the ways of combat with each member of the House. Everyone should be able to fight well, using all their abilities.

II. Establishment of a Sphere of Order

In the days of old there was peace, a peace that extended to all the lands controlled by our kind. Arts, literature, and all manner of knowledge was created and discovered in this time. House Lok-ri seeks to recreate that Imperial Peace in its own area of influence, on land and sea.

*Firmly control the lands under House Lok-ri
*Keep a healthy diplomacy between House Lok-ri and our neighbors
*Encourage peaceful treaties with peaceful neighbors
*Engineer successful war with warlike neighbors
*Expand our sphere of influence whenever feasible

III. Reclamation of the Past

The past is important to our kind, for obvious sentimental reasons. But also in the past there lies knowledge and power, waiting to be rediscovered. House Lok-ri remembers that lost knowledge, and those lost artifacts of power. We search for them again, hoping to reclaim some lost relic sunk into the oceans, or books of knowledge hidden in old tombs. We search, and when we find, we gain more power.
